Automatically turn the water off in your property upon any of the following conditions

• Excess Flow Rate (The water will turn off if the flow rate goes above a setpoint)
• Timeout (will shut the water off after a predetermined period of continuous use)
• 24 Hour non use (The water will turn off if it's not used for 24 hours)
• Optional wetpads can be paced around the property to detect leaks and switch water off
